Supervisor
Brent Martin joined INEO in 2019 as a Shop Supervisor, bringing valuable experience from his previous roles, including working as a Facilities Assistant at Coulson’s for 1.5 years and as a Mover/Driver at PA Moving and Deliveries for 1 year.
Brent completed his Grade 12 education in Port Alberni, BC, and holds certifications in Forklift Operation, a Driver’s License, and First Aid, ensuring he leads with a high standard of safety and professionalism. His diverse background equips him with strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to management.
Outside of work, Brent enjoys dirt biking, skateboarding, and gaming, pursuing his passion for adventure and staying active. His love for these activities reflects his energetic and determined personality, which he brings to his role as a Shop Supervisor. Brent is known for his approachable nature, always making time to support his team and encourage open communication. His leadership style is rooted in collaboration, fostering a positive and productive environment in the shop.
With a natural ability to connect with others, Brent is a respected and valued member of the INEO team.
