Evan Hoffman is a highly-experienced researcher, trainer, facilitator, and coach. Over the last fifteen years he’s conducted workshops and trainings with hundreds of community leaders, university students, police officers, and government officials from around the world on a wide variety of topics related to healing, social justice, peace-building, mediation, negotiation and conflict resolution.
Evan’s training philosophy is to:
– Focus on how the theoretical relates to the practical by drawing on real-life examples to illustrate concepts.
– Focus on developing practical skills while utilizing conceptual/analytical tools.
– Focus on experiential learning.
Evan has a Master’s Degree in Post-war Recovery Studies where his research focused on war-induced PTSD, reconciliation and community healing; a certificate in Conflict Resolution Skills; and a BA in Psychology.
