Job Developer/Employment Coach
Trudy loves supporting our participants individually to help them enter the job market! Whether it’s narrowing down their job search, setting up work experience, finding appropriate training, or helping coach them in their long-term employment goals. She also works with local employers to help match them with the right employee to match their needs. Trudy finds her job very fulfilling when she gets to see peoples hopes/dreams come true and see businesses succeed with the help of our participants!
Trudy has a background in the beauty industry as an educator and business coach, which transfers over nicely, as she loves working with individuals and groups to help manifest their career goals. She has taken and continues to take as many classes as she can to further help her clients and loves to learn!
