ASPECT has been the voice of community-based training and workplace development service providers in BC for nearly 30 years, from advising senior government decision-makers on employability and career training issues and opportunities to assisting members with challenging situations.

ASPECT offers in-person training and professional development workshops, industry-specific curriculum developed by our members for our members, as well as webinars to make professional development accessible from wherever you are.

Founded in 1974 as an umbrella organization for numerous communitybased
recycling operations and non-profit societies, RCBC is Canada’s
longest serving recycling council. We have evolved from our initial
incarnation to being one of the most widely respected, multi-sectoral
environmental organizations in the country today. RCBC has played, and
continues to play a major role in the establishment of the many
groundbreaking product stewardship programs and environmental policies in
